Indonesian citizen, domiciled in Jakarta. Born in Medan, on 8 July 1977. Obtained Bachelor of Laws degree from Parahyangan Catholic University, Bandung in 1998; LL.M degree from Leiden University, the Netherlands in 2000; MBA degree from the ITB School of Business & Management, Bandung in 2009; and also attended High Potential Leadership program held by Harvard Business School, USA in 2012. She also has received several certifications such as an Advocate certification from the Indonesian Advocates Association (PERADI) which is valid until 31 December 2024 and can legally attend court proceedings in all corners of Indonesia and Integrated Risk Governance Expert Certification (ATKRT-BNSP)/ (CRGP-GIRMA) Batch 120 dated 31 March 2023. Previously served as Commissioner of PT Espay Debit Indonesia Koe (2017-2020), Chief Legal & Strategic Head of Orang Tua Group (2013-2015), Legal Director of the Company (2007-2013), and partner at Dermawan & Co Law firm (1999-2006). Concurrently serves as Corporate Secretary (since 1 October 2016) and Chairwoman of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) Committee of the Company (since 1 December 2021).
Serves as Director of the Company (since 22 April 2015) and responsible for managing legal, regulatory, litigation involving the Company's and subsidiaries and compliance aspects as well as supervision of the Company’s sustainable development aspect. In addition, as a Corporate Secretary, She established relations with Indonesia Stock Exchange, Financial Services Authority and other regulators.
