Previously, he served as CEO of IDC International Consulting, New York, USA and MGT Resources, Connecticut, USA (1989-2006), Manager of Nouvelles Frontieres, New York, USA (1983-1989), Director of PT Arya Penta Electronics & Services, Bandung, Indonesia (1979-1982), and Managing Director of Ama Forta International, Bandung, Indonesia (1976-1979).
He currently serves as Independent Commissioner of the Company (since 2012); Chairman of the Audit Committee of the Company (since 2019); Member of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee (since 2024); and Member of the Risk Monitoring Committee of the Company (since 2023).
He obtained his Baccalaureate degree from Universite Sorbonne-Nouvelle, Paris, France (1974) and Master's degree from Mankato State University, Minnesota, USA (1976).
