Indonesian citizen, he was born in 1970 in Solo, Central Java. He is appointed as a member of the Company’s Audit Committee since 16 May 2019. Previously, he had held several senior positions including in Good Corporate Governance, Investor Relations, Corporate Secretary, Corporate Finance, Risk Management, and Internal Audit at Lucky Group of Indonesia, ChemOne Holdings Pte Ltd, PT Indika Energy Tbk, PT Kopitime Dot Com Tbk, PT Puridana Sekurindo, PT ABS Finance Indonesia, and Public Accountants at Ernst & Young. Previously, he had also served as a member of the Audit Committee of PT Surya Citra Media Tbk since 2002 to 2019. Concurrently, he serves as senior VP of Head of Investor Relations & Corporate Finance of PT PP Presisi Tbk since 2017.
He completed his studies at the University of Indonesia, in 1995, earning a bachelor degree in Accounting and obtained his MBA from IPMI International Business School in 2007. He got Certified as Audit Committee Practices (CACP) by Indonesian Institute of Audit Committee (IKAI) in 2019, Indonesia Registered Accountant (RNA) by the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Indonesia in 2015, Chartered Accountant by International Federation of Accountants (IFAC) in 2014, and Certified of Investor Relations by Indonesia Investor Relations Institute in 2011, and has a license for Investment Manager (MI) and Deputy Underwriter (WPEE) from Financial Services Authority/OJK (Bapepam-LK) in 2001 and 1998.
