Marianna Sutadi
Independent Commissioner
Indonesian citizen, born in 1941, and domiciled in Jakarta.
Previously, she served as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Indonesia to Romania accredited to the Republic of Moldova (2010 - December 2013); Vice Chairman of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Indonesia for Judicial Affairs (2004-2008); Deputy Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Indonesia for Supervisory Affairs (2001-2004); Supreme Court Judge at the Supreme Court of the Republic of Indonesia (November 1995-2008); High Court Judge at the High Court (1984-1995); Vice Chairman of the High Court (1993-1995); and District Court Judge (1964-1984).
She currently serves as Independent Commissioner of the Company (since 2022) as well as Lead Commissioner of the Company; Arbitrator of BANI (since 2020); Chairman of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Company (since 2024); and Chairman of the Risk Monitoring Committee of the Company (since 2023).
She obtained her Bachelor of Law from Universitas Indonesia (1964); attended Post Graduate Training Program from Leiden University (1986); and the United Nations Asia and Far East Institute prevention of Crime and Treatment of Offenders (UNAFEI), Tokyo (1977).
